Step 3

Sign

You meet with a lawyer — in person at our Edmonton office or by secure video call from anywhere in Alberta. The lawyer walks you through every document, explains what you're signing, and answers any questions. Video explainers are also available in your portal.

Step 4

Close

We handle the final steps — transferring funds, registering the title, discharging mortgages, authorizing key release. Your portal updates in real time. Buying? You get your keys. Selling? You get your proceeds. Done.
